MIKE SHE Hotfix 08-11-2012

This hotfix solves a problem related to the Fixed Head Drain internal boundary condition in AD and PT simulations. The Fixed Head Drain extraction was only recognized by AD/PT if the model also included ordinary pumping wells. A PT simulation would stop with a registration error message if a particle was captured by Fixed Head Drain extraction.
